Our sidewalk maintenance is second to none.  We clear sidewalks on trace amounts of snow and all activity is documented.

We offer a wide range of packages.

We clear parking lots and haul away snow (as per request).  After the clearing is complete we sand/gravel the property for maximum safety. We offer per time and monthly options.

With the fluctuating  weather we experience every winter, we offer parking lot sanding  and de-icing services. We also have sand/salt bins available to rent for added on site safety. 

We are the leaders in safety and prevention.  During the winter months we visit sites daily -  snow or no snow.  We log our visits with detailed emails of services performed that day, including pictures.  Emails are sent and stored on our server and can be requested at any time by the customer.  We maintain snow logs for a minimum of three years.

Removal of gravel from landscape areas.

Pruning of shrubs and perennials.

Dethatch lawn and power vac to collect debris.

Aeration of all lawn areas.

Collection and disposal of debris, leaves, and branches.

Edge sidewalks and curbs.

Application of spring fertilizer.

Turn over mulch beds and tree bowls.

We cut lawns weekly to the optimum length of 2.5 - 3 inches, dependent on weather conditions or preference.  Mowing grass too short weakens the root and gives weeds a chance to compete with the grass.

We mulch all clippings which adds nutrients back to the soil and supports lawn health.

For a tidy finish, grass is trimmed around curbs and sidewalks.

Application of summer fertilizer at appropriate times and conditions.

We combat unsightly and damaging weeds by using fast acting topical weed killers and control sprays that leave no harmful residue.

During our weekly service visit, we collect and dispose of debris/litter from landscape areas.

General pruning.

Collection and removal of all organic matter (leaves, branches, pruned flower clippings, etc) and debris.

Final lawn cut.

Remove flower pots (if applicable).

Winter fertilizer application.

Give your parking lot a refresh.  We paint lines, curbs, speed bumps, and handicap logos.

We provide litter pick up to industrial, commercial, and special purpose sites. This service includes the collection of loose litter and changing of garbage receptacles, keeping your curb appeal welcoming and safe.

Like all our services, we keep a daily log of each visit on file.

We have trusted  crews that will clean out tenant spaces and haul refuse to appropriate centers.  We also pick up large objects left on site and dispose of properly.
